Artificial lighting can have an impact on the Environment by limiting view of the night sky, creating glare which reduces visibility at ground level, and impacts nocturnal environments. This facility reduces these impacts by using exterior lighting which directs exterior lighting downward, and keeps direct illumination of ground surface within development boundaries. Interior lighting controls shall be provided at night to automatically turn off lighting within facility perimeter when not occupied at night
